Under a legacy homeland security subcontract, HAZMED shipping and receiving duties tracked all inventories and government furnished equipment (GFE) and applied barcodes for inventory control. We staged and shipped all equipment needed for the nationwide deployment of systems at ports of entry and maintained all inventory databases. We tracked purchases in the procurement database for timely deliveries.
